Hopefully one of you Atlantans can help me out with the emission requirements. The way I read them is that all 2009 and newer vehicles are exempt from emissions testing. However I infer that all Fulton county (and metro counties) residents are required to have emissions testing. So...will I have to pass an emissions test upon registering my 2011 M3 in Fulton county GA.? Thanks in advance.
