I don't understand how the indicated red line could be changed without physically opening the cluster and modifying it. From what I gather, it's actually a painted extension of the cluster unlike the yellow line.
On a side note, when I asked Sal to increase my limit to 8600 he told me 8500 was more than enough
That being said, I am head over heels with my tune and have never hit the limiter so it was a moot point
