These are $35 shipped on ebay...same ones I bought and installed. They look great, quality material and really nice feel when shifting. Someone reviewed them too:

They also come in gunmetal or black. Since they were $35 I bought all 3 colors, but ended up going with the silver because it matches the gauge bezel and shift knob the best, the other 2 I just sold.
