I have the Thule 9003 Raceway Platform 2 and love it. Sturdy, locks on the trunk and the bike and has a platform so there is no swaying. Absolutely no scratching but I do take care to make sure the spots are clean. Nor do I leave it on the trunk; it comes off when done.
