A huge parking lot has been obtained at a mostly vacant Shopping Center anchored by a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. It is larger then the lot formerly used in Calabasas [Village Coffee Roaster]. The Coffee Bean is virtually the only store open on Sunday mornings, and the landlord situation is good.
Coffee and pastries (plus restrooms) are available at the Coffee Bean, but there's no sit-down breakfast restaurant at this location.

This is a RECURRING event every Sunday AM, from ~8AM to ~10:30AM.
We had about 20 cars last Sunday, including some classic Packards, BMWs, Feffaris and Porsches.
