Good discussion, guys. Just to clarify, the noises you're hearing are from the diff bushings not the subframe bushings, correct?
It sounds like there is really no downside to the subframe bushings, but some minor trade-offs with the diff bushings. I'm curious how the noises compare on the DCT vs. the 6MT and which one is quieter.
I would love for someone to grab an audio clip of the "diff whine." It sounds like it might actually sound cool, almost like turbo spool or supercharger whine. But that's just an assumption on my part.
