A 265/35/18 may be slightly stretched, but can still work as it has been used by many of our customers, especially on the older e46 M3's. This can work on your car though it is not the recommended setup. We would recommend the 275/35/18 tire size in the future so that you can get more lateral grip, and because the M3 in stock form is capable of utilizing that wide of a wheel and street tire combination.
