The rack is not, we made that, the amplifier cover is the EU trim part for CD changer, and is a dealer part which costs $125 or so (have fun getting the right PN, there are like 12 of them for different trim levels, some of which are only Korean or Japanese).
The enclosure woofer assembly is shipped all the time. For the install, in LA, we can make some recommendations.
