Cold tire pressures are irrelevant as it's completely dependent on the outside temperature, and how hard you can push the tires when you drive.

For hot tire pressures you should be between 35-40. That's coming in to the pits with no cool down lap HOT.

You're not racing, just guess 10-15 degrees or so off your desired hot temperature for the first session of the day. Your first session should be a calmer warm up anyway. Then dial your tires in from there.
