Those are only the two I've accidentally run into. I'm sure there's more hilarity but I don't care to search it out. Just ignore him. As you see in the other threads, he just doesn't quit. If he was a troll, he'd be a damn good one. Unfortunately, I don't think that's the case.
We actually had a good discussion going before he arrived, so if we can carry that on, that would be nice.
