In normal operation, the IATs are within 30 - 40 degrees of ambient temperature. Because of the electronic bypass design, you'll actually see the IAT drop once you get into boost as it gets air from the supercharger instead of from the plenum inlet. I will follow up on this with some logs of IAT next week.

is this alot higher compared to a centri or turbo setup??

A replacement twinscrew blower cost me about $2k. I believe a centri blower is a couple of hundred. Looks like both kits use a custom intake manifold so I would guess wildly that most of the cost difference is hardware related.
But eaton/roots type blowers can also last a real long time.
