I paid 34k for a similar car except it's an e92. Mine had 34500 miles however. Since the e90s are harder to find their price is a little bit higher but I agree with above. This one seems a little too high. Also that silver interior is typically the least desired interior on these cars.
The amount of owners wouldn't scare me away.
