You can buy a brand new Euro spec cluster (with km/h only) and find somebody who will code it in your car. Installation is a 5-minute job.
Another option is to buy a used cluster but then it requires more complicated programming than the new cluster.
We can help you with coding/programming of either new or used cluster.
