Virtually all companies that do parts requiring core returns don't rebuild exactly your original component. They have a rotating stock so as to keep inventories afloat.
Really, Lol? but I guess a fair question as I wasn't clear. I asked for my wheel to be rewrapped not for a replacement core when I initially inquired about their ability to strip/wrap. Nonetheless, Jack at Royal confirmed the wheel was stripped down and the rubber and foam were replaced and thus no additional thickness was added which was my priority. This couldn't be guaranteed at Coby core replacement or not. Just figured I'd share my experience as I know others have commented on wheels being further built up as opposed to stripped.
