HELP Please. AHL error after E90 6MT Steering Wheel Swap

Hey folks. I apologize if this is documented somewhere already but I haven't had any luck finding anyone who's had the same exact issue. So I followed the instructions and DIY's to T when removing my OEM Wheel

1) Disconnect battery
2) Pop out airbag
3) Disconnect plug/ harnesses that attach from the plug to the clock spring
4) Remove the retaining bolt
5) Swap out electronic controls from the old trim to the new trim

and then then reverse the process for the reinstall

I didn't drive the car immediately after as I did the swap last night when I came home.

This morning I got the Adaptive Headlight Malfunction Approximately 5 miles into my drive. I figure it need to reset the system by turning the wheel all the way left then right and back center like back when I had my E60, but that didnt solve the problem. The AHL's were working properly prior to the mod, so I'm just about 100% sure that theres a correlation to the steering wheel mod I just performed not but 12 hours ago. Any help out be much appreciated. Oh and the Auto-leveling still works when I start the car as I see the cutoff line for the lowbeam correct itself.

I purchased the CF trim separately and will install it once it arrives. I didn't know the wheel I bought came with an Alcantara trim piece. Pretty stoked about that.
