Update as of 9/20
Installed M-Performance rear spoiler
Installed M-Performance exhaust
New OEM Floor-mats
New OEM brakes and rotors all around
OEM CF fabric trim installed (I disliked the factory brushed aluminum)
Oil Changed with Castrol Edge TWS
New OEM "M3" rear badge since the original was a tiny bit faded
H&R 12MM spacers with extended studs
Removed the original paint protection film the previous owner had installed and did a full paint correction. She shines like new.
Leatherique the whole interior (Great stuff btw)

Upcoming to do list:
Preventative rod bearing and throttle actuator service (either MRF or SSR, still researching)
DCT and rear diff oil changes
Spark plugs
BlackVue DR900S 4k dash cam system (same setup I have in my F80)
Turner or Autotecknic CF front carbon splitters (I generally dislike replicas because of fitment issues but I might go this route since they are so prone to damage)
Excellent things done!

for sure bearings...
if you aren't lowering the car just do OEM front splitters and MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT BETALINK THEM!!!! you will have to repaint bumper if you glue them which is what the dealer does.
