I'm in a similar area, basically north of where 217 and 26 meet. In the before times I was commuting via Burnside into downtown, but I haven't been doing that for about a year. I've seen a few M2s and 1Ms out in this area, and a few newer M3s, but don't see E9Xs a ton. Usually try to throw a waive out if a do.
I'm trying to decide if I want to put in the work to get the car to where I want it, or if I should just do a bit of consolidation on the car front...
