Yes. Definite problem if someone has not properly resealed the vapor barrier after getting in the door. In my experience, they've often needed to be replaced with new to get a good seal.
So, the question is, who's been working on something within your door? If it's the dealer, they should fix the vapor barrier. Either way, there's your problem.
