Both of these show very high lead. FYI, my car with 72k on the clock (N/A, but tuned) showed 8PPM.
Go with lighter oil if possible, and shorter oil interval and definitely check with Blackstone again. Maybe the lead would have gone. down. If it were me, I'd be pretty concerned guys...
