You can buy a Burger Down Pipe Fix for $95, but it takes about 45 minutes to install or remove. The problem with taking even a high flow cat x-pipe in to the dealer is that the dealer may note the aftermarket part in car's history and attempt to deny a warranty claim in the future. You can remove and reinstall the Burger Down Pipe Fix and/or the x-pipe prior to servicing or warranty work, but then you are looking at a couple of hours of work.
The answer to the original question is that you can cut up a catless and resonator-less x-pipe and weld in resonators and cats. Figure on $50 each for the resonators (or $100 each for cats), and $25 per tig weld (2 welds per item) if you have it tack welded. If you are paying a shop to remove the x-pipe, cut it up and weld in resonators, you will pay a lot more since they are doing more than just welding. You could just sell what you have and buy a used x-pipe in the configuration you want.
