10w60 in general is the worst for cold start because it doesn’t flow on cold startup so you rod bearing lubrication is relying on the oil film at the bearing shell.

I’m running amsoil 5w50, Troy will suggest it and I believe JColley will agree that you are not giving up any sort of protection with the 5w50 oil.
