Normally when the cat efficiency error is ignored in the ecu file, this prevents the readiness tests from leaving the "pending" or "not ready" states, which will cause an automatic fail in states that read the OBD monitors and require them to be ready.

It says Catalyst "not ready", O2 sensor "not ready", Heated Cat. "not supported"
Readiness results: Not ready

No codes were found, but i'm not sure the software is just not "masking" them???
