Spotted black e92 going north on Village Parkway in Dublin....6:30 pm. You changed lanes right in front of a CHP car and almost hit him! He had to lock the brakes up and then honked at you. Which caused you to swerve and travel in the middle of two lanes for about 100 ft. I can't believe that cop didn't pull you over.......Try looking over your shoulder before changing lanes....
