The undertray kit comes with a #22 drill bit which is perfect for the oem screws, also included. You can also use a 9/64" bit which is slightly smaller.

Don't use an impact on the screws or over torque them. It should be easy to identify the point at which the screws are at risk of breaking. If in doubt, Back it out and reapply torque to the screw to create the threads without snapping them.
