Look into Razer Blade 14. It's got the latest Intel quad core processor, a RTX 3080, and up to 32gb of RAM. It's also gotten excellent thermals so your laptop stays cool during heavy load.
If you want a touch screen too, the Stealth 13 is an excellent choice. I've been using mine for half a year now and it's fantastic playing cyberpunk, Forza, Destiny 2 on pretty much ultra settings. It's also super thin, and lightweight for what it contains.
