Good afternoon everyone -

quick ? for the group -

My service light came on for my rear brakes last week- telling me that I had 1000 miles left of brake pads left -

I went ahead and bought pads and changed them this weekend - pretty simple procedure, my first on my E93 M3, but 8 or 9th overall.

My question is this - how do I get the service reminder to go off?

Is it something that I can do myself or do I need to go by the dealership and have it reset at my next oil change ( which is not needed for another 2K miles)
