This is what I found online from a Evo forum from a member called heel2toe:
"When I spoke with the folks over at Ohlins USA they informed me the difference in price from a rebuild vs a revalve really wasnt that big in that they already have them apart anyway. Its my understanding is just a different stack of shims. Whether its a rebuild vs revalve they're opened up seals are inspected/ replaced fluid changed etc anyway.
As was already mentioned the biggest decider on price of a rebuild is the condition of the dampers in the first place. I was told to expect to pay around 2-250 per corner but thankfully mine were in great shape when I sent them in and looking at my invoice I paid $716.78 which included return shipping for a revalve on all 4. Pretty sweet deal I'd say."
