The OC definitely has the best quality roads in California, but it's by no means the best place for driving in the country. There are some amazing twisty roads throughout New England and Appalachia that beat out anything we have to offer.

Nope. When referring to Orange County's acronym, you add a "the". It's a lot like how we add a "the" to all of our freeways. "The 405", "The 10", "The 91", etc.
