Most of the latest gen SSD's using the SandForce controller are having Blue screen issues in after market applications.
The Samsung SSD's seem to be ok, but this is for 2 reasons. First off, they use their own unique controller to Samsung. Secondly, they are only available right now to OEM manufacturers. Which may be your case.
Now, while the BSOD is an issue. I don't tihnk it is happening often. Only occasionally. So, not sure if it is enough to scare you off. But for your purposes, an SSD is really kind of useless.
