I actually bought them thru Renn Spec, before Bimmersport was an AA dealer (or at least before I knew they were). I would try them first since they are local and compare prices.
SSK is definitely a huge improvement - I would say a lot less effort (N to 1st for example seems like its right there). Also I would say it reduces the nothiness of the stock shifter. This is the most noticeable mod I have done so far as far as real "feel" goes!
