I don't believe the CS will fit that "CSL" bill. The mule pictured in the OP does not look that extreme. I see the CS simply as more track focused variant slotted somewhere between the Competition pack and GTS.

I think the order would be Base ///M < Competition Packet < CSL < GTS.
I am not sure where I read it but I remember reading that the GTS would be the most hardcore version.
