If that's what the parent wants to get their kid, more power to them! like someone said earlier...a teen driving recklessly in a Geo metro is just as dangerous as being in a M3. The M3 will prob be safer in a crash than the Metro!

Can a Metro get from 0-60 in 4 seconds? Can a Metro get to 155mph? A teen in an M3
is more dangerous than one in a Metro, because the car is more capable. As for safety, a nice 328i probably has the same crash characteristics as an M3.
