The configurator for the new S-Class is live on the German
Website. I just had a play with it and, wow it is reaaally expensive. The Merc was always the most expensive out of the bunch, but this one is over €20k more than a comparable 7 series.
S400d 4Matic (SWB) with my specs came out to €147k and a 740d xDrive (SWB) is 123k with similar options. S-class traditionally also has less discount compared to the 7, so in leasing rates (which 95% of these cars will be) that's probably around 30% more.
