Probably not, Im not a fan of Vorsteiners fitment. Had their stuff since the E46 days and for the price you pay I think its horrible fitment.

Hey Keyon, fellow E46-M3forum here
Exotics tuning stuff fit excellent, pretty much bolt on no modification, as good as aftermarket get. Much better than vorsteiner or Arkym.
