Belated welcome to South Florida, OP!
I spent over a year hunting for a slicktop manual E90 in this neck of the woods, finally found my ride 6-7 months ago. While I was searching, it seemed like every other M3 on the market was a pretty good match for your criteria...at least at that time there was a serious glut of E93s for sale. Keep your eyes peeled, I'm sure there will be one available before long.
Make sure you keep an eye on Broward county...that's where I found the most decent prospects when I was searching.
