According to the article, the customers are able to order
SMG IV in mid 08. I'd imagine BMW will incorporate an optimized DSG like mechanism with SMG gear box and called it SMG IV instead of ZSG from marketing perspective. This will be the best of both world while keeping the SMG crowd happy.
