You mention "Private sale so no tax". Is that an Arizona state law? I'm fairly certain that you have to pay tax when you take the car into the DMV. I certainly did, here in Michigan when I went to get the car registered and titled under my name.
Otherwise, this is a great deal. I bought mine nearly 3 months ago for $53K, fully loaded E92 coupe with Remus sport exhaust, CF front splitters and rear diffuser, tint and clear bra on the front. It had nearly 11K miles on it when purchased.
