I've now ordered these from several sellers. All are equal quality, with minor differences in packaging. I bought the black set from apoutlet2013 on eBay and he was best - cheapest, best communication, best packaging, fast shipment, etc. Package says Made in Japan but I'm skeptical (for no objective reason).
