It's a small rubber seal, some have used the ones mentioned above from other motors which are not even close to the same size.
It's not rocket science.
It's just silly that BMW doesn't offer it separately and forces you to replace the bolt to get it.

I understand what it is, I'm saying the risk incurred for $200 savings is stupid. But obviously do as you do.
