I think you should "do it". I just order one about a month ago. Finance rates are great, initial problems (if any) have been fixed in the last 3 years. Therefore, the car would be as clean as possible. Although, bear in mind that with all the nice options + HST, the car will be close to the $100,000 mark. Lastly, you can get a decent discount (7-8%) on MY '11 now that is typically unheard of in the first two years.

All in all if you want an M3 then this would be your last chance in owning a naturally aspirated, high revving V8.
