Its just a different standard/unit of measurement.
PS/Metric HP/DIN HP vs Imperial HP/Mechanical HP/SAE HP.
Germany, Japan, Italy use the former. USA & UK use the latter.
Hence 420 / 414.
But the engines are rated for exactly the same output, 309 kilowatts (kW).
In fact, if you do a cross conversion between the different units of measurements, they prove to be identical.
