*Let me give you some context*
Back in 2019, I started what I’d call a passion project, where I made/sold premium high quality interior pieces for several bmw platforms with the primary goal of offering competitively priced OEM+ options for the type of enthusiast who is into that sort of thing.
However, I’ve long since offered anything simply because I stepped back from the automotive scene for a time up until I bought my recently purchased E90 M3, and with that I’m left with an excess amount of premium materials from when I was offering those products.

While going through some stuff I had laying around I found these brand new ZHP weighted shift knobs that I had purchased (brand new from FCP Euro) about a year ago, that I had bought with the plan to rewrap in authentic Alcantara.
Now I’m not saying that I’m the only person who has ever rewrapped these knobs, but I am the only person I’ve seen who has offered these wrapped in house, and shipped ready to install. To clarify, these aren’t covers, you WILL NOT need to do any work yourself minus simply swapping the knob out. I strip off the leather and sew/glue new authentic Alcantara material in its place.
All that to say, I’d love to offer these Alcantara ZHP weighted knobs to this group, rather than have them sit in a box collecting dust.
Brand new leather knobs range from $85-$95 + shipping, I figure with the time it takes to do this job plus the price of material, I’d offer them for $125 + probably like $7 for shipping (within the US)
I’m well aware that this is a very high contact/point of wear for Alcantara material, but for those of you who are into unique high quality parts, thought I’d simply make the offer to this group, no need for negative comments if this isn’t something you’d be into.
*side note* if you already have a ZHP weighted shift knob and are interested in this, I’d be more than happy to have you send yours my way, id rewrap it and ship it back to you, for a lower price 👍🏽
