Do you need to get city permits for something like that? I love how shiny your floor is - talk about a gloss finish
May I ask what kind of ballpark number that would cost to do? I would love to do that (pending if I had enough land one day) to actually build something like that - do you use the roof as a picnic area? I was just thinking how cool it would be to have a fireman style pole so you can slide into the garage level and take off in your m3 in record time!
