I don't know if that is what happened or if it was what was supposed to happen. The WW info never even mentions Charlestown yet it clearly went there. Is there any proof the car was unloaded at New York (New Jersey?) and not at Charlestown?. Another member's M3 was on the Faust and it went to Charlestown. You can see the timing in this thread:
