Homestead has been developed a lot recently, but there's no denying that it's still not that nice of an area. Unless you have some compelling reason to live there, ie, family there, or work there, I don't see why you would want to. Northbound traffic in the mornings is brutal between roughly 730 and 930, slowing to just "bad" at other times. If you are leaving early (before 7) you shouldn't have much of a problem.
Sub-Zero, your posts are full of a lot of ignorance and flat-out misinformation. I'm sorry you didn't like living here, but you should tone down the hating when it's obvious that you have no idea what you're talking about.
