While it's unfortunate that it peeled, it speaks volumes about their service that they refinished it without hesitation. Most shops like to give the run around with wheel repairs...

Jon mentioned that they were using a different chemical last year and that they had a few issues.
Again, I was impressed when they didn't even hesitate when offering to make things right(so much so I bought a set of tires from them to go on the freshly refinished wheels).
Their customer service is exceptional and I would definitely give them my business again. Since OP asked for a shop in the richmond hill area I suggested leprecon, they were in the same ballpark as union rim pricewise but the overwhelming positive feedback on union rim made the choice easier.
