3" tips for the Megan sounds right. I'm not sure if the stock tips are as well. I feel like they're slightly smaller than that, or maybe it's just because the Megan has the straight cut tips vs rolled for the stock.
In any case, the Megan looks way better than the stock muffler, and the tips strike me as larger and more aggressive.
