Some find that spec desirable and will pay the premium but as stated above that is a cheap MSRP car when compared to all others. Price seems about right given the extremely low miles and last model year.
The turnoff may be the 3 owners. Hard to believe none of 3 people drove it more than 2500 miles per year. Any accident history will hurt the price alot.
The amount of people looking for a e9x m3 in the mid to high 40k range is also low. For that pricepoint there are many other newer cars that can be purchased.
