No, but it is their problem when the issues only exist with one specific kit/manufacturer and none others. It's not like the E92 chassis is renowned for having flexy wheel bearings or knuckles and having terrible pad knockback.
Those of us that have experienced it, it has almost universally been with specifically the Stoptech Trophy calipers. And I did assume it was a car problem. Replaced all 4 hubs/wheel bearings first. Then rebuilt the calipers. Then added knockback springs. Then floating rotor hardware. Then I gave up and bought AP's. I'll let you guess which of those steps resulted in a perfectly consistent brake pedal 100% of the time. |
Did you go 9668 or 9660?
