I don't agree. In my experience, the "need" to speed on public roads was dramatically reduced after spending time at the BMW driving events. I'm not saying I don't drive quickly sometimes but way less often now than before. To me, it felt like an outlet for all of the testosterone and I am now much more calm on the street
But, on topic, the law is a little extreme. Maybe I wouldn't say that though if I had a family member die in a car accident due to a speeder?
